WALKING

Our group will travel as one, being there is the point. We will be moving on foot and stopping at the traditional campsites. Usually on midden areas on dunes or in the protected shade belts behind. Cooking will be on fires and washing up in the sea.

Dinner time camp

Trees will become more familiar as we recognize and name in local language. We learn about the trees which offer food, medicine, firewood and shade. We fish for our dinner and by the firelight we look to the stars and share stories. The day usually dictates our movements.

We wake early most times and late when it's cool

sometimes in the moonlight we walk and rest in the heat of the day .

We gather wood for workshops. It's good to belong.
