Join us for a spectacular group photo and send a powerful visual message to the new Western Australian Premier Roger Cook, asking him to ban fracking in the Kimberley.
Come on down for the photo at beautiful Entrance Point beach (Kabbarli Road) on Sunday 13 August at 5pm.
Family, friends and dogs welcome!
The globally significant environment of the Kimberley is under threat. The intact landscapes will be turned into oil and gas fracking fields if big corporations have their way. At a time when our climate crisis is in the news constantly, opening up the Kimberley to oil and gas would be a disaster and the carbon pollution that would come from it would be massive.
The new Premier in WA, Roger Cook, can stop fracking. We know he loves the Kimberley and says he is keen on renewable energy. We need to tell Premier Cook he cannot leave a legacy of destruction across this magnificent region.
Stand with us and let your voice be heard calling for a Frack Free Kimberley. We need to let him know that we want him to protect the region from this highly polluting and damaging industry.
