Do you work with communities in the environmental or social sectors?

Are you looking to build your practical facilitation toolkit? How about your confidence to navigate conflict within small groups?

Do you want to further your ability to enable people to make decisions collaboratively?

Environs Kimberley senior staff found the training to be invaluable and a boost to their confidence and skill set in the area. We’ve since been working hard with Social and Environmental Planning Partnerships to bring this important training opportunity to the Kimberley.

We now have the pleasure of inviting you to express your interest in ‘Planning with Communities: Facilitation and Conflict Resolution Training,’ which will be held as a 3-day Masterclass in Broome, early 2022.

You can read more about the masterclass and express your interest here.

This training is provided as part of our Building leadership and capability within the Kimberley Natural Resource Management (NRM) community project.

Financial subsidy for two Kimberley women working in the NRM sector

The masterclass coincides nicely with International Women's Day 2022. In recognition of this, and in support of all the brilliant emerging women leaders in the Kimberley, EK will be providing a $400 subsidy toward the cost of the course for two Kimberley women in the NRM sector.

Please email to request an application form for this support before Tuesday 30 November 2021. Successful applicants will be announced in December.

The training opportunity and subsidy have been made available through the Australian National Landcare Program, which is supporting women leaders in the NRM sector.
