Have you participated in our seagrass surveys and want to learn more about seagrass biology and data collection? If so, join us for a FREE 3-day training event delivered by the highly skilled and knowledgeable scientists of Seagrass-Watch!
This course will involve a mix of classroom and field sessions, where you will learn more about the science behind seagrass and enhance your skills in conducting monitoring events. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided each day. All you need to bring is:
- A water bottle (we will have water available for you to refill).
- A notepad and pen.
- For the outdoor field session on Saturday, 23 August 2025, please wear protective clothing, including a hat and sunglasses. If you have reef boots for walking on the mud, please bring them; otherwise, you can borrow ours.
